Cambridge Management Company, LLC is the management arm of Cambridge Investors, LLC and is responsible for the overall supervision and day to day operations for the majority of our properties. We provide a full range of property management services including but not limited to the collection of rent, leasing and renewal negotiations, risk management, budgeting, preventative maintenance and capital improvements.

Cambridge Management uses the latest version of Yardi, a leader in integrated property management software, which allows us to centralize and efficiently manage all aspects of our operations. Using this comprehensive software, we can customize our management systems to meet the needs of individual property owners.

Our superb staff, advanced technology and comprehensive management approach allow us to focus on maximizing our clients cash flow while increasing the value of their investment.

Michelle Battice
Director of Property Management
Michelle oversees the management of all commercial properties. She is responsible for the financial reporting to investors, lenders and auditors. On the acquisitions end, Michelle performs a value analysis of prospective properties utilizing Argus and is actively involved in the due diligence process. She comes with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate development, management and acquisition.

Liz Durbin
Financial Analyst
Liz is the resident expert on the manufactured housing products and our Cambridge Home Sales division. She communicates on a daily basis with the on-site managers of the mobile home communities regarding operations as well as rent and mortgage delinquencies. She has been with Cambridge for over 7 years.

Jenny Decker
Assistant Financial Analyst
Jenny processes payables and receivables for our properties, reconciles vendor accounts and assists with reviewing tenant accounts. On the due diligence side, Jenny makes sure all the numbers add up. She has been in the residential home building and real estate field for a combination of over 13 years.

Cyndi Allen
Assistant Financial Analyst
Cyndi is the assistant for our retail properties. She maintains the commercial tenants accounts, assists with CAM reconciliations, and coordinates collections and payables for 6 centers. She has over 11 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Jalyn Loosevelt
Assistant Property Manager
Jalyn assists in the management of our commercial properties. Her management responsibilities include coordinating property inspections, bidding out contracts, and lease administration. She also assists with risk management, acquisitions, producing and distributing publications, and investor and tenant relations.

Jeffrey Mikulak
VP of Manufactured Housing
Jeffrey Mikulak has been in the manufactured housing industry since 1985. Jeff has been involved in the development, management, home sales and anything that has to do with manufactured housing for some the largest operators in the United States. Jeff's day to day responsibilities as the VP of Manufactured Housing is to oversee the Cambridge portfolio from all aspects of operations.
